Responsibilities we'll entrust you with:

  • Report to the Head of Sales
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the global after sales strategy
  • Develop and scale our CRM system
  • Responsible for hire, manage and develop the After Sales team
  • Responsible for setting, tracking, reporting and achieving all necessary after sales KPI's
  • Manage the smooth running of the after sales department and team on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications you can brag about:

  • 3-5 years international experience from a renowned eCom company or similar
  • Excellent CRM and data analysis skills
  • Proven experience from multicultural customer base
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
  • Natural born leader
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Premium customer service mind-set
  • Patient and curious with a sense of humor
  • Willing to relocate to Oslo
