At Douchebags we have one goal – to redefine all aspects of travel gear. We are, therefore, looking for an After Sales Supervisor that will join our team of strong visionaries and creators.

After Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual whom is a natural leader with a real passion for developing and scaling a team and it's strategy. The main responsibility with the role is to ensure our after sales department develops in accordance with the company strategy and see to our customer service is achieved at a high standard. The position provides an exciting opportunity to grow and scale a team and it's strategy and become a vital member of the Db family in this exciting time of global growth. 


Job Requirements

  • Report to the International Sales Manager
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the global after sales strategy in coordination with the top level growth of the business
  • Develop and scale our C.R.M. strategy 
  • Responsible for the hiring, management and development of the team
  • Setting, tracking, reporting and achieving all necessary KPI's and feedback to responsible departments
  • Manage the smooth running of the after sales department and team on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications

  • Located in Oslo, Norway
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position of leadership with customer service and generating top level strategy
  • Higher relevant education
  • Well written & spoken
  • Fluent in English & Norwegian
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
