At Douchebags we have one goal – to redefine travel gear. We are a young global company experiencing exponential growth and are now looking for the right person to take care of our retail sales in Scandinavia.

Db Equipment AS (DouchebagsTM / is a Scandinavian company that has established itself as a globally recognized brand within the travel gear industry. Launched in January 2012, the company has a worldwide distribution network including more than 1000 retailers in 24 countries, in addition to online sales across Europe, USA and Canada. The company is an agile start-up in all aspects of operation and is driven by a tight-knit core team of passionate and ambitious creators.

An exciting opportunity to join the sales team of Douchebags, we are looking for experienced and dedicated sales professionals to look after our wholesale operations in Scandinavia.

  • Has a network of Scandinavian buyers contacts

Main Responsibilities:

  • To maintain & develop key account business through implementing initiatives & working with the customer buying team to push in season sales
  • Analyze sales figures & monitor sell throughs
  • To strategically plan, budget, conduct & push to confirm a successful sales campaign
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market
  • Report directly to the International Sales Manager


  • No formal education required
  • Sales experience in wholesale & retail
  • Lives in Oslo or is willing to relocate
  • Speaks English & Norwegian / Swedish
  • Holds a driver’s license
  • Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to travel
  • The ability to administer sales, confirm orders, manage customer relations & work with POs
