Senior Community Manager

Influencer Marketing made us who we are.
Now we are ready for the next level.
Take us there.

------

It's not that we don't know how to do influencer marketing. We do. But we want to grow, become even better at dealing with our influencers. That's where you enter the scene. You have already managed communities for quite a while. Actually, you would probably be one of the most experienced of your kind. Of course you know your content creation and social media hands-on. But rarer, and more important to us; you know how to treat people, digitally and face to face. Your digital mind is coupled with a business mind, knowing how to negotiate a win-win contract. Well, maybe you'd even say you love being around people, developing good relations. That's community.

As our Senior Community Manager your area of responsibility will be our strategically important influencers and partners. The big guns that will take us to the next level. Further, you will  discover, negotiate and extend our network with new talents, in close collaboration with our influencer team. Our influencers are also key in our content creation, so you will team up with our Content Production and SoMe team to ensure we get the most out of our influencer network.

In short, this position offers a unique opportunity for you to become a key employee in a fast-growing and passionate company.

Please note that Db always balances experience with talent!

So, what are you waiting for? Go a head and apply, you Douchebag!
